Payment Details
We currently accept PayPal as a payment method. Once you place an order with us, we will quickly verify and authorize it. After this process is completed, we will immediately send you a confirmation email to inform you that everything is ready. After verification, we will immediately start preparing your order.
And within 3 to 5 business days after your order is fully processed, you will receive another email - an order tracking confirmation email. This will enable you to easily track the status of your order and know exactly where it is in the delivery process.

- If your order amount reaches £100 or more, we are happy to provide free shipping! This is our way of thanking you for your generous purchase.
- However, if your order amount is less than £100, a shipping fee of £8.99 will be charged.
Order Processing Time
The time we need to process your order is usually around 3 to 5 business days. This time starts from the moment you place an order and ends when we hand over the order to the delivery service. Generally speaking, after the order is confirmed and paid, your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may be slightly delayed. Our warehouse operates during standard business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. But don't worry, we will always take measures to minimize any possible shipping delays and ensure that your order is sent out as soon as possible.
Shipping Time
We have partnered with reliable carriers such as Royal Mail, UPS, and DHL to ship products to the United Kingdom. The standard shipping time is approximately 7 to 14 business days.
The daily order cut-off time is 2 pm (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders received after this time will not be processed on the same day. Under normal circumstances, the total delivery time including order processing and shipping is usually around 10 to 19 business days.
However, delivery times may be affected by unexpected circumstances such as customs inspections, bad weather conditions, or strikes. If such delays occur, we apologize in advance and will inform you of the relevant situation as much as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your package on our order tracking page or the website of the relevant carrier. This way, you can always know where your order is going.
Order Cancellation
If you change your mind before your order is shipped, you can cancel the order. As long as you contact us in time, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. But if the order is already in transit or has been processed, unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order. Tax Information
In most cases, once you successfully place an order, there will be no additional fees. However, depending on your destination country, there may be value-added tax or other taxes, duties, or handling fees. According to our experience, such situations are quite rare.
If you receive a tax notice from customs, please pay the tax first, then contact our customer service email support@riofu.com and attach the payment receipt. We will refund the tax to you.
