Payment
We currently accept PayPal payments.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.
You should receive a tracking confirmation email to track the status of your order within the 3-5 business day handling time after your order has been completely processed.

3. Order processing time:
Approximately 3-5 business days. It is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when we process the order to the delivery service. Generally, orders ship within 3-5 business days after order confirmation/payment. Orders made on the weekends or holidays might experience delay. Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

We ship to the UK via Royal Mail and UPS DHL.
Approximately 7-14 business days. The daily order cut-off time is 2 pm (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).. After the cutoff time, we will not process orders received on the same day. Normally, the delivery time is only 10-19 business days. Delivery time may experience delays due to unexpected situations, like customs inspection, severe weather, strikes, etc.

6. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your package via our Order Tracking Page or through the website of the relevant carrier.
7. Order Cancellations
All orders placed on our website may be canceled before they are shipped. If you contact us on time, we will refund the full payment to your payment procedure. However, for orders already in transit or have been processed, we regret that we can not cancel these orders.
8. About Tax
There will be no more charges once you have placed your order successfully. In some cases, there may be VAT or other taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by your destination country. However, based on our experience, such a situation is very rare. If you receive a tax notice from customs, please pay the tax first and then contact our customer service at support@riofu.com with the payment receipt and we will refund the tax to you. If you still have some concerns about the tax, you can learn some information about your local customs policy. We are more than willing to help if there is anything we can do.
9. Delivery Issues
If your parcel encounters any issues during transit, such as delays, loss, or damage, please contact our customer service team support@riofu.com as soon as possible. We will assist you in resolving the issue and provide solutions such as reshipment or a refund.

International orders may require a signature upon delivery; requirements vary by destination. If you prefer a no-signature delivery option, please select this during checkout.
