Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing our products! If you encounter any issues during your shopping experience, you can follow the policy below for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

A. Right of Withdrawal

Upon receiving your goods, please inspect them immediately. If any product is damaged during shipping, incorrect, or has defects due to materials or manufacturing, you must notify us within 30 days from the date of receipt via email (support@riofu.com). If we do not receive notification within this period, it will be considered that you have accepted the goods.

B. Return and Exchange Conditions

1. Return Conditions:
  - The product must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
  - The product must be in its original condition.
  - You must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt).

2. Non-returnable Items:

 - Clearance items, gift cards, special dicounts.
 - Products damaged due to customer use or negligence.
 - Items not purchased from Riofu.

3. Return Shipping:
   - Please return the product using a trackable shipping method and retain the return tracking information for reference.
   - You must include the shipping method and tracking number when returning the item for effective tracking and management of your return or exchange.

C. Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:
   - Please send an email to support@riofu.com with photos and/or videos of the product and provide your order number. Our customer service team will review your return request within 3 business days to confirm if it meets the conditions for return.

2. Returning the Product:
   - If your return is approved, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send the package. Upon receiving your returned package at our designated warehouse and completing the verification process, we will ship the items for exchange within 2 business days.
   - Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
   - We recommend using a trackable shipping method with a signature for returns/exchanges, as we are not responsible for lost return/exchange items.

D. Return Costs

1. Returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item, quality issues): We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
   
2. Returns due to customer reasons(e.g., dislike, ordering the wrong item, incorrect size):
   - The customer will bear the return shipping costs.
   - A 10% restocking fee will be charged for returns due to reasons such as disliking the product or ordering the wrong item/size.

E. Order Cancellation

1. Before Shipment (payment completed, but the package has not been shipped):
   - If the product has not been shipped, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 1 to 3 business days.

2. After Shipment (package in transit):
   - Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to receive the product, you will need to return it at your own cost after receiving the item.
   - After we receive the returned product, we will refund 90% of the order value, deducting a  10% restocking fee.

 F. Refund Processing Time

1. Refund Review:
   - After your return is approved, we will process the refund according to the original payment method.

2. PayPal Refunds:
   - If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account within  up to 3 business days.

G. Color Disclaimer

Due to lighting, display settings, and other factors, the product color in the photos may differ slightly from the actual product. Please refer to the actual product for the final color. Thank you for your understanding and support.
